A tasting or experience
The experience, the date, a preferred time and the number of guests. Every experience is for guests 18 and over. Groups of 9 to 20 are $35 a person, booked ahead.
A table at Lees
The date, lunch or dinner, the number of guests, and any allergies or dietary needs, so the kitchen can plan for you.
A wedding or event
Your preferred Saturday, a rough guest number and whether you would like a viewing. Weddings start from $185 a guest, minimum 60.
The club or an order
The tier you are interested in, or the cuvées and quantities you want, with a delivery address where an adult can sign.
Coming to see us
Plan the trip home before you set out
If you are coming to taste, decide on a designated driver before you leave, or book a tour or a transfer. Tell us the name of your operator when you book and we will have the bench ready when you arrive.

Ember Hill is in Pokolbin NSW 2320, in the Hunter Valley wine country, on a slope below an ironstone ridge. It is about 50 minutes by car from Newcastle and about 2 hours 15 minutes from Sydney. If you plan to taste, arrange a designated driver, a tour or a transfer before you set out.
How do I book a tasting at Ember Hill?

On weekdays you can usually walk in for the $20 cellar door tasting, but weekends, groups and the other three experiences should be booked ahead. All experiences are 18 and over.
How do I book a table at Lees?
Send a booking request through the form on this page or call (02) 5550 2961. Include the date, whether it is lunch or dinner, the number of guests and any dietary needs. Lees serves lunch Thursday to Monday from noon to 3pm and dinner on Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 9pm. The weekend oyster bar is walk-in.
How do I arrange a wedding viewing?
Choose the wedding option on the form on this page and tell us your preferred Saturday and approximate guest numbers. We will reply to set a time for a viewing of the chapel, the terrace and the barrel hall, usually on a weekday. Weddings at Ember Hill start from $185 a guest with a minimum of 60 guests.
Can I change my wine club details by email?
Yes. Email cellar@emberhill.example to change your delivery address, move between the Bead, Mousse and Prestige tiers, or skip a shipment. Let us know before your next shipment is packed so the change applies to it. Remember that an adult must sign for every delivery, so choose an address where someone 18 or over will be in.
Come and taste
The cellar door is open every day from 10am to 5pm in Pokolbin. Walk in on a weekday, or book ahead for the weekend.
